摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)11是MMP家族中的一员,在研究中发现其与肿瘤关系密切,是肿瘤发生、发展及转移的重要蛋白,参与消化道肿瘤形成的各个环节,对胃肠道肿瘤的综合治疗有重要的价值。随着研究的不断深入,其与消化道肿瘤发生机制的关系也变得越来越清晰,这将为肿瘤的综合治疗寻找相应的靶点提供理论依据,同时其也有可能成为新的肿瘤标志物。
Matrix metallproteinase（MMP）-11 is a member of MMP family,which is very close to tumor and plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis,participating all the links in the formation of digestive tract tumour,indicating its important role in comprehensive treatment for gastroenteric tumor.Along with the deepening of the research,it is clear that MMP-11 is related to the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer,which provides the theoretical basis of targeting therapy for tumors and may become a new tumor marker.
