摘要 骨化三醇是人体必需维生素,是维生素D在人体内的活化形式,不仅具有调节钙磷代谢等多种生理功能,还具有诱导细胞分化、抑制细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡以及免疫调节作用。骨化三醇的抗肿瘤作用主要通过维生素D受体的基因组机制而发挥,在子宫内膜癌中已检测到维生素D受体的存在。现对维生素D的作用机制与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究予以综述。 Calcitriol is an essential vitamin in human body and is activation form of vitamin D in the body,in addition to of physiological function promoting calcium and phosphorus absorption,it also has the role of inducing cell differentiation,inhibition of cell proliferation,promoting tumor cell apoptosis and immune adjustment effect.The antitumor function of calcitriol acts mainly via vitamin D receptor(VDR)genome mechanism.VDR have been detected in the endometrial cancer.Here is to review the mechanism of vitamin D in endometrial cancer.
