摘要 金刚石微粉、金刚石抛光液的制造工艺、检测方法对它的质量有重要影响。文章重点介绍近年来发展较快的气流磨加工技术、抛光液制造技术和激光粒度检测技术。全面总结了颗粒粒度的各种定义及多种检测方法、常用化学反应,并对它们进行比较。指出影响产品质量的诸因素。 Manufacturing process and testing methods for diamond micron powder and diamond polishing suspension have a major impact on its quality.This article focuses on rapid developing areas in recent years,such as process technology by jet mill,polishing suspension manufacturing technology and particle determination technology by laser.It comprehensive summarizes the various definitions of particle size,a variety of detection methods,commonly used chemical reactions,and also compared them each other.The various factors effecting product quality have been pointed out.
