摘要 随着全球人口老龄化以及冠心病、高血压等慢性疾病患者数量的增多,慢性心力衰竭的发病率迅速增长。由于其具有发病率高、致残率高、再入院率高及病死率高的特点,目前已经成为世界范围内最重要的健康问题。慢性心力衰竭导致患者运动耐力和生活质量的下降,因此康复治疗越来越受到社会的关注。现就康复运动治疗的意义、运动方案的制订进行综述。 With the aging of population in the world and more patients with chronic diseases such as coronary artery heart disease and hypertension,the incidence of chronic heart failure has been increasing quickly.Its feature is high incidence,high disability rate,high readmission rate and high fatality.So it has become the most important health issue in the world currently.Chronic heart failure can make decreasing of exercise endurance and life quality of patients.Thereefore,rehabilitation therapy has been attracting more and more attention.Here is to summarize the significance and plan making of rehabilitation.
