摘要
化疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一。随着生命科学的发展,肿瘤综合治疗技术的提高,更多的年轻女性癌症患者得以存活。化疗药物在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,对人体正常的组织细胞也具有毒性作用。化疗可导致年轻女性癌症患者卵巢早衰和不孕。现主要概述化疗对卵巢功能的影响,包括化疗导致卵巢早衰、临床监测指标、化疗后的生育能力、机制及预防措施。
Chemotherapy is one of the main treatments for cancers. With the development of life sciences and the improvement of cancer treatment technology, more and more young female cancer patients survive. Chemotherapy drugs not only kill tumor cells but also have toxic effect on normal cells of the human body. Chemotherapy may cause premature ovarian failure and infertility in young female cancer paticnt~. Here is to summarise the effect of chemotherapy on ovarian function, including chemotherapy-induced premature ovarian failure, clinical monitoring indicators, fertility after chemotherapy, mechanisms and prevention.
