摘要
热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一组高度保守的蛋白,可组成性或诱导性表达于所有细胞和生物体中。它们具有很大的细胞内功能并通常被认为在不同的应激中发挥着保护因子的作用。近年来,在各种疾病包括肿瘤中都已检测到HSPs的异常表达。探讨其在胰腺癌发病机制及治疗中的作用已成为学者们研究的焦点。现就HSPs和胰腺癌的关系进行综述。
Heat-shock proteins (HSPs), a group of highly conserved proteins, are expressed constitutively or inductively in ali cells and organisms. They have numerous intracellular functions and are generaily considered as protective factors against different types of stress. In recent years, abnormal expression of HSPs has been observed in various diseases including cancers. Exploring the role of HSPs in the pathogenesis and treatments in pancreatic carcinoma has become the focus of research for scholars. This paper win review the relationship between HSPs and pancreatic carcinoma.
