帕金森病手足纹状体畸形的研究进展

Advances in the Study of Striatal Deformities of the Hand and Foot in Parkinson Disease

帕金森病可出现手足畸形,称之为"纹状体手、足",一般多出现于病程晚期,但部分患者在病程初期也可以出现。由于此种畸形的表现较复杂,易误诊为其他疾病,如类风湿性关节炎、骨关节病、运动神经元病等,应引起临床医师的重视。现就帕金森病纹状体手足的临床表现、可能的发病机制、流行病学及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Deformities of the hand and foot are abnormal postures commonly seen in patients with advanced Parkinson disease ,which can also present in the early stages in some patients, called ＂striatal hand＂ and ＂striatal foot＂. Because of their complicated clinical presentation, the deformities are often misdiagnosed as other diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, orthopaedic problems, and upper-motorneuron syndromes. Here is to make a review on the clinical features of these deformities, possible pathogenesis, epidemiology, and the treatment.
