摘要
探讨了亚微米银、钴等金属纤维的有机凝胶前驱体的制备方法,利用XRD和FTIR研究了其前驱体的特点,分析了实验所得有机溶胶的特征和成分.结果表明,温度、搅拌速度、盐与酸的摩尔比、水解反应、反应时间是得到该溶胶的重要因素,同时pH值的调节对溶胶的形成起着决定作用.
Using organic gel to prepare silk is a new method for fibre, and in recent years this method is rnainly for ceramic fibre. As silver salt is easy to decompound when exposured in light, it was difficult to gain silk from gel, then the preparation of silver and cobalt gel is rare reported. In this study the method for organic gel precusor for gain submicro silver and cobalt silk are reported. And XRD and FTIR were used for study the character of this gel. It was shown that the temperatuer, mixing speed, mole ratio of salt and sour, lyric re- sponse and reaction time etc. are all important to preparation this organic gel, at the same time the adjust of pH value is the decisive factor in gaining gel. Finally the composition and characteristics of this organic gel were studied.
