胃转流术后2型糖尿病恢复的分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来研究发现,胃转流术后由于食物流向改变,肠道激素的释放明显发生了变化。肠道激素分泌的改变不仅通过肠-胰岛轴调节胰岛内分泌功能,还促进胰岛增殖和改善胰岛素抵抗,并最终影响糖代谢。胰高血糖素样多肽1、葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放肽、Ghrelin、多肽YY、瘦素、脂联素、胰岛素样生长因子1等激素和细胞因子参与胃转流术后血糖调节,是目前研究的热点,现就其机制进行探讨。 Recent studies have shown that gut hormone release is significantly altered after gastric bypass surgery, secondary to exclusion of food from the intestinal transit. The change of gut hormone secretion may contribute not only to modulating the pancreas islet function by the enteroinsular axis but also to promoting the proliferation of pancreatic islet and improve insulin resistance, then finally to affect glucose homeostasis. Here is to make a review on the relationship between gut hormones and cytokines such as glucagonlike peptide-I ( GLP-1 ), gastric inhibitory polypeptide ( GIP), Ghrelin, peptideYY ( PYY), leptin ( LPT), adi- ponectin(APN) ,insulin growth factor-I (IGF-1)and glucose metabolism after gastric bypass surgery.
