摘要
随着芳香疗法的应用推广、理论体系的建立,其针对性治疗失眠方面的研究也有了长足的进步。目前,主要研究的具有镇静催眠作用的芳香植物包括薰衣草、缬草、柑橘等,通过对它们的研究发现用药途径、环境等因素可使得镇静催眠效果有所不同。故研究者进一步探讨了芳香疗法镇静催眠作用的机制,其中芳香透皮吸收和芳香吸入疗法已得到一些实验证实,芳香吸入通过嗅觉途径作用于中枢神经系统的也已得到合理假设,但仍需实验进一步论证。
Following the aromatherapy application, extension and theory system establishment, the pertinent treatment of insomnia research has made great progress. Currently,the major research of aromatic plants which have sedative-hypnotic effects including lavender, valerian, sweet orange, etc. Through study upon them, researchers found that the different administration pathways, environment, and other factors may bring about different effects. So researchers investigated the mechanism of aromatherapy on sedative and hypnotic further,in which aromatic absorbed through skin and aromatic inhalation therapy have been confirmed by a number of experiments, aromatic inhalation through the olfactory pathway on the central nervous system has also been rested on some reasonable assumptions, but still needs experiments for verification.
