胆管造影的新进展

Recent Progress of Cholangiography

目前临床上综合运用多种胆管造影方法解决胆管梗阻的问题。磁共振胰胆管造影是非侵入性成像技术,也无需造影剂,能无创显示胆管梗阻部位,提供梗阻端形态;内镜逆行胰胆管造影及经皮肝穿刺胆管造影兼有诊断和治疗作用,目前主要偏向治疗。联合运用多种胆管造影成像技术可提供胆管结构的大量信息,有助于诊断及治疗,现就多种胆管造影成像技术在胆管梗阻病变中的应用进行综述。

At present comprehensive use of various clinical biliary imaging methods is adopted to solve biliopancreatic obstruction. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） is non-invasive imaging technology, and it does not need contrast agents, It can display biliopancreatic obstruction parts, provide the form of obstruction, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP）and percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography （PTC）can both be used for diagnosis and treatment, currently mainly leaning towards treatment; joint biliary imaging technology can provide much information of the biliary structure, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment. Here is to make a review on the application of various imaging methods in biliary obstruction diseases.
