Using theories of failure diagnosis including gene heredity algorithm for relevant diagnosis of grey system, spectro subdivision technique of Z transfer, in spectro band alarm technique and resonance demodulation technique, about 10 series of instruments that are widely used in more than 100 locomotive depots, factories and rolling stock depots were developed, with remarkable economic and social benefits.
