汽车制造企业仓储系统的货位分配优化决策 被引量:4

摘要 对汽车制造企业仓储系统货位的分配进行优化决策。首先根据物料的存储原则进行数学建模,然后运用变邻域搜索算法的思想,利用Matlab软件进行货位的分配优化,并给出优化决策方案实例,使物料在进入仓库时,能根据物料的特性和生产的需求得到理想货位。同时通过规划自动化仓库系统,并运用AutoMod物流仿真软件,调整优化参数,使物料入库时间减少37.5%,出库时间减少67%。 Optimized the distribution of cargo space of warehousing system for automobile manufacturing. First, make a mathematical modeling according to the principle of material stored, then use the idea of Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS). Finally, make an optimization of distribution of cargo space using Maflab. As a result,it gains a real decision plan, so materials can get a good cargo space when they enter the warehouse.
