运用模式识别与遗传算法的复合磨床干涉检测方法

摘要 针对复合磨床加工中实际存在的碰撞问题,在深入研究数控技术及复合加工技术的基础上,采用模式识别理论和遗传算法,以VB为编程环境,研究设计了一种新型的复合磨床干涉检测方法。经试验证明,新型的复合磨床干涉检测方法在实际使用工况下能实现砂轮架与机床静止部件间的干涉检验,这不仅可以避免复合磨床的碰撞和干涉,还提高了加工产品的可靠性。 A new kind of interference detection of muhy-tasking grinder is proposed for the problems of that the collision in the ma- chining process of the muhy-tasking grinder, based on deeply research of numerical control technology and multy-tasking grinding technology,and on the basis of using pattern recognition and geneticalgorithm to VB programming enviromnent. On the test, it is proved that the interference between the wheel frame and tools' static parts can be founded in actual use conditions,which not only avoid collision and interference of the muhy-tasking grinder, also further guarantees the product's reliability of machining.
