民主革命时期中国共产党"红色管理"思想内涵极为丰富、极为深刻,它包括:顺应时势,制定纲领,明确奋斗目标;实事求是,选择路径,确定工作重心;精心组织,加强建设,建立坚强堡垒;善用干部,打造队伍,发挥决定作用;加强领导,形成核心,高扬"精神旗帜";整肃风纪,上下齐心,巩固团结统一。研究中国共产党管理思想内涵,对目前全党学习实践科学发展观,提高管党、治党的执政能力与水平,推进建设具有中国特色社会主义伟大事业的进程,作用极为显著。它对建设和发展中国特色社会主义的管理科学,意义重大。

Chinese Communist Party＇s administrative ideological connotation is very rich and deep during the Demo- cratic Revolution Period. It includes, ＂being in tune with the times, setting up guiding principles, making objective of the struggle clear＂; ＂seeking truth from facts, selecting the right approach, determining the work focus＂; ＂organizing care- fully, strengthening construction, building a strong fort＂; ＂being good at appointing cadres, building teams, putting into fullplay＂; ＂strengthening leadership, forming a core, highly exalting the ＇mental banner＇ ＂; ＂purging discipline, superior and subordinate being of one mind, solidifying solidarity and unity＂. To study the Chinese Communist Party＇s administra- tive ideological connotation is of great significance to the present learning and fully implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and enhancing the governance capacity of the Party＇s self-policing as well as self-disciplining. Furthermore, it also has positive effects to the overall progress in the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and of vital im- portance to the constructing and developing the management science of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
