摘要
介绍了大功率 GTO变流器的设计技术 ,包括主电路吸收电路技术、GTO门控技术、油冷却技术以及模块化结构技术 。
Design technologies of high power GTO converter are dealt with regarding snubber circuit technology for main circuit, GTO gate control technology, oil cooling technology and modular structure technology. Research results are given as well as the applications of the technologies to other converters.
