摘要
着重介绍 2 9k V高压晶闸管阀触发系统隔离技术和晶闸管过电压保护方法。重点阐述利用光纤通信的技术将低电位的触发信号传送到高电位的晶闸管门极来实现隔离的阀触发系统。另外 ,介绍了一种利用 BOD(转折二极管 )器件实现晶闸管过电压保护的方法。
Elaboration focuses on the valve trigger system,whose insulation is realised through the transmission of trigger signals from low potential to the thyristor gate in high potential by fiber optic communication technology. Besides,an over voltage protection method for thyristor by BOD is introduced.
