摘要如果说国际秩序属于民族国家体系,那么全球化呼吁一种全球秩序。多元化的国际行为体和相对有序的无政府状态使全球秩序的建构成为可能。作为全球化最重要的载体——跨国公司,其结构性权力为它建构全球秩序奠定了基础。而考克斯对秩序的探讨,为我们研究跨国公司为何能成为新的全球秩序建构者提供了一个有效的框架。
