摘要
人防工程的净空要求是影响平战结合的突出问题,现有设计存在造价较高且施工不便等缺点。通过介绍HRBF500细晶粒带肋钢筋的材料特性,计算其材料的强度设计值及材料提高系数,为人防工程设计中采用HRBF500细晶粒带肋钢筋提供了理论依据。结合实际工程,就框架梁采用传统的HRB335级钢筋同采用HRBF500细晶粒带肋钢筋进行配筋和截面的对比,结果表明:在梁宽和配筋不变的条件下,新材料可以有效减小梁高。HRBF500细晶粒带肋钢筋这种高新材料的应用,在人防工程中具有较大的推广价值。
The clearance requirement of civil air defense work is a critical question;the existing design leads to higher cost and inconvenience in construction.Through introduction of the material properties of HRBF500 grain reinforcement,the design value of strength and the coefficient of strength can provide theoretical base for civil air defense work design for the future use of HRBF500.Based on the practical projects,in comparison of the frame beam using the HRB335 and C40,with HRBF500 and C40 in both reinforcement and cross-section,the results show that with the beam width and same reinforcement amount,the new material can effectively reduce the high of the beam.The new material has a long-term significance in the civil air defense work.
