Economic Analysis of China's Service Outsourcing

在全球金融危机背景下的中国产业转型,城市化进程及进一步的改革都不同程度地影响着当代中国服务外包业的发展。本文源于笔者的工作实践和学习思考,针对服务外包行业的信息技术外包和业务流程外包领域,从发展和变化中的服务外包行业实际出发,用宏观经济学的思路和方法探讨中国当代服务外包业的发展战略,期望能为中国服务外包行业的发展提供思路。

China＇s industrial transformation, urbanization and deepened reform under the circumstance of global financial crisis influence the development of current service outsourcing in China. This paper originates from the working experience and reflection. It discusses about the development strategy of China＇s current service outsourcing from macrceconomic perspective and method, focusing on information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing, taking the reality of dynamic service outsourcing industry into consideration, and hopes to provide directions for the development of China＇s service outsourcing.
