对中药硇砂的近代研究进展进行了综述,为硇砂的研究开发和利用提供参考。主要利用文献检索的方法,以近代研究文献资料为依据,查阅整理,并总结展望。硇砂炮制后的毒性显著减低,具有了不同的药理作用,在临床运用方面有一定的发展和突破。硇砂在研究开发和临床应用上具有良好的发展前景。
