资源型企业发展项目的开展不但对自然环境造成影响,而且还会产生一系列的正面和负面社会影响,如果这些负面影响长期得不到解决,会影响企业的正常生产和社区经济的发展。本文以贵州锦丰矿业有限公司发展项目为例,对开展发展项目的社会影响指标进行定性和定量分析,阐述了资源型企业在开展发展项目中如何进行社会影响分析,并且从法律、国家环保部门等层面提出了建议。
