摘要
某贫鲕状赤铁矿原矿品位为32.16%,主要铁矿物为鲕状赤铁矿,其次为浸染状构造,赤铁矿属微细粒嵌布。因赤铁矿的嵌布粒度过细,即使细磨矿多数赤铁矿也难以单体解离,且硅酸铁和菱铁矿的含量占21.99%,属于难选矿石。采用深度还原工艺处理该矿石,实现了铁的有效富集:-2mm原矿在还原温度为1200℃、还原时间为120min、矿煤比为2的条件下,通过深度还原,经过一段磨矿,两段磁选,可获得铁精矿产率30.12%、品位92.18%、回收率90.45%的最佳指标。
The total iron grade of a lean Oolitic hematite is 32.16%.Oolitic iron mineral hematite complex relationship with the gangue minerals.The main structure is Oolitic structure.The second is disseminated structure.Iron and silicate content of siderite accounts for 21.99%,are refractory ore.Deal with the deep reduction process to achieve the effective concentration of iron:-2mm ore in the reduction temperature for 1200℃,reducing time for 120min,the ratio of coal mine for 2 through the deep reduction,after a period of grinding,two magnetic separation were gotten as follows:fine mineral availability rate up to 30.12%,iron grade above 92.18%,iron recovery above 90.45%.
