摘要
论文针对平朔东露天矿开发需要,分析了自移式破碎机半连续工艺在该矿应用的可行性与经济效益。随着露天矿逐步向深大发展,单斗-卡车工艺逐渐显现出成本高、容易受燃油供应影响等缺点,结合平朔东露天矿区特点,自移式破碎机半连续工艺所具有的效率高、成本低、污染排放少等优势能较好解决这一问题。根据资源赋存条件和开发规模,研究认为东露天矿半连续工艺应采用PH4100XP系列单斗挖掘机匹配生产能力8000t/h的自移式破碎机;经济评价结果表明,东露天矿4煤顶板以上岩石剥离台阶采用自移式破碎机半连续工艺可节省运营费用2000万元/a。
The feasibility and efficiency of the application of semi-continuous mining system with Mobile crushers to Ping Shuo east surface coal mine is analyzed.Along with the growing mining depth in surface coal mine,the disadvantages of the shovel-truck mining system has shown high cost and easy to be affected by the fuel price fluctuation,combined with characteristics of Ping Shuo east surface coal mine,the semi-continuous mining system with mobile crushers can solve the problems effectively.In light of the exploration scale and resource enrichment conditions,it is proposed that the PH4100XP shovel should be adopted as the Semi-continuous mining system to match the mobile crusher which production capacity is 8000t/h in Ping Shuo east surface coal mine.And the economic assessment shows that 20 million yuan/a of the operating expenses can be saved if the semi-continuous mining system with mobile crushers is used for the rock benches above 4 # coal seams in Pingshuo east surface coal mine.
