补骨脂复方对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用和生存期影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察补骨脂复方对小鼠移植性肝癌H22实体瘤抑制作用及生存期的影响。方法:①抑瘤作用观察:小鼠接种H22腹水瘤后,造成移植性小鼠肝癌模型。随机分为阴性对照组(NS组)、阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组、补骨脂组、蔻仁组,分别观察荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率。②生存期观察:造模方法同前,随机分为阴性对照组(NS组)、阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组,观察其对荷瘤小鼠生命延长率的影响。结果:补骨脂复方组、补骨脂组、蔻仁组肿瘤抑制率分别为43.73%(P<0.05)、35.82%(P<0.05)、3.54%。阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组生命延长时间分别为-15%、16%(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂组有一定的抑制实体瘤生长的作用,蔻仁组对抑制肿瘤生长无明显作用。补骨脂与蔻仁有协同抑瘤作用,补骨脂复方组可显著抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长,并延长小鼠生存期。 Objective : To evaluate the effects of Buguzhi compound on inhibiting transplanted tumor growth and prolonging their survival time in mice with transplanted tumor H22 cells. Methods : ①To evaluate the effect on inhibiting transplanted tumor growth . Mice which had got transplanted tumor H22 were randomly divided into negative control group ,positive control group (5 -FU) , Buguzhi compound group ,Buguzhi group ,Kouren group. The antitumor activity of each group was evaluated by tumor inhibitory ratio. ②To evaluate the effect on life prolonging rate. Use the same way to make subcutaneous tumor model mice. Modeling mice were randomly divided into negative control group ,Buguzhi control group (5 -FU), Buguzhi compound group. Evaluate survival time of each group. Results :①The tumor inhibitory rate was 43.73 % in the Buguzhi compound group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ,35.82% in Buguzhi group( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,3.54% in Kouren group. ②The life prolonging rate of positive control group is 15%, 16% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in Buguzhi compound group . Conclusion:Buguzhi group can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor, Kouren group can not inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor. But Buguzhi compound group had the cooperating antitumor function on mice - transplanted tumor H22, and prolong the survival time significantly.
