通心络对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Intervention with Tongxinluo on the Levels of CRP and MMP-9 in Patientswith Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨通心络对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的血浆炎症因子水平的影响。方法:本研究入选100例ACS患者,随机分为两组:对照组42例,给予硝酸酯类药物、阿司匹林、他汀药等常规治疗;治疗组58例,在常规治疗基础上加用通心络连续用药2周。分别于入院时及2周末测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血小板、血脂水平。结果:通心络组治疗前后血小板计数差异有统计学意义。对照组与通心络组治疗前后血脂水平差异有统计学意义。通心络组与对照组比较低密度脂蛋白水平下降更显著,差异有统计学意义。通心络组与对照组治疗后CRP、MMP-9水平均明显下降,有统计学意义。通心络组与对照组相比较CRP、MMP-9水平下降更显著,有统计学意义。结论:通心络通过减轻炎症反应、抗血小板聚集,抑制血栓形成、调脂等作用稳定斑块,使ACS患者受益,改善预后。 Objective:To investigate the ilffluence on plasma inflammatory cytokines (CRP and matrix metalloproteinase -9, MMP -9)level after the use of Tongxinluo in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome were included in this study and they were divided randomly into two groups : the control group ( n = 42 ) were treated with nitrate esters, aspirin, statin and other conventional therapy ; the therapy group ( n = 58 ), however, were treated with Tongxinluo for two weeks on the basis of conventional therapy. We tested the CRP, MMP -9, PLT and lipid levels of the patients at the time of admission and two weeks after they receive the treatment. Results : The difference in PLT count between before and after the use of Tongxinluo in therapy group has statistical significance. The difference in lipid level between before and after the treatment has statistical significance in both of the groups. Compared to control group, the LDL - C level decreased more signifi- cantly in therapy group, and the difference has statistical significance. The CRP and MMP- 9 levels decreased significant in both groups after receive the treatment, and the difference has statistical significance. Compared to control group, the CRP and MMP- 9 levels decreased more significantly in therapy group, and the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion:Tongxinluo could stabilize the plaque through alleviate inflammatory response, anti - platelet aggregation,inhibiting the form of thrombus, regulating blood lipid and so on. Those effects could benifits the patients a lot and improve prognosis.
