补体消积苗药配合化疗治疗肺癌的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis on Miao Medicine Combined with Chemotherapy Treating Lung Cancer

目的:观察补体消积苗药联合化疗方案治疗肺癌的疗效。方法:将90例肺癌患者随机平均分为A、B、C3组。A组:化疗加补体消积苗药,B组:补体消积苗药,C组:单纯化疗。客观疗效按WHO标准进行评价,药物毒性反应按WHO抗癌毒性反应分级,生活质量根据KPS评分进行评价。结论:补体消积苗药联合化疗方案治疗中晚期肺癌的近期疗效较单用化学治疗有提高,可降低骨髓抑制的发生,减轻消化道症状,提高生活质量。

Objective ：To observe the effect of Miao medicine combined with chemotherapy treating lung cancer. Methods：90 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into three groups. Group A：chemotherapy plus Miao medicine;group B： Miao medicine; group C： chemotherapy. The curative effect was evaluated according to the standard;drug toxicity reaction was graded according to WHO anticancer toxicity reaction classification ; quality of life was graded according to KPS. Results ： The shortterm curative effect of Miao medicine combined with chemotherapy treating lung cancer is better than that of chemical treatment only, it can reduce the occurrence of bone marrow inhibition, relieve gastrointestinal symptoms and improve the quality of life.
