This paper first introduces Dispute Review Board, which is a new mode of dispute resolution (DRB) in international project, including the background, contents, rules and procedures, it′s applications and relevant stipulations by FIDIC and IBRD concerning this mode, then puts forward the aspects to be noted, and finally summarize the advantages of DRB in resolving the disputes in international proejcts.
