基于平衡千斤顶受力分析下的两柱综放支架适应性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为研究两柱掩护式综放支架在特定地质条件下的适应性,采用现场监测数据对支架合力作用点位置、平衡千斤顶安全阀开启率、放煤前后平衡千斤顶的受力状态及平衡千斤顶对顶梁的水平作用力等进行了分析。结果表明:在该特定地质条件下平衡千斤顶有效地调节和保持了支架的几何位态,合理地调节了支架合力作用点位置;有效地保证了端面顶煤的稳定,从而验证了在该特定地质条件下两柱综放支架的适应性。研究结果对于现场操作及该种架型的改进具有一定的指导意义。 In order to research adaptability of two-prop shield powered support for caving top-coal,applying field data,this paper analyzed action location of powered support′s join forces,safety valve′s open rate of balance jack,force state of front and back balance jack before and after top-coal caving,balance jack′s horizontal force on top beam.Results showed that under the geological condition,balance jack effectively adjusted and kept powered support′s attitude,amended action location of join forces and ensured stability of top-coal between face and top beam.Adaptability of this powered support was proven.This could be used to instruct actual operation and improvement of this powered support.
