尊重规律是科学发展观的内在要求,是马克思主义的精髓。科学发展观同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想是一脉相承的;同样,尊重规律同解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进也是一脉相承的。解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进是尊重规律的前提和基础,而尊重规律则是解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进和根本目的和归宿。只有尊重规律,即尊重自然发展的规律、社会发展的规律、人的发展规律和党的执政规律,才能更好地贯彻落实科学发展观,实现各项事业又好又快地发展;才能实现全面建设小康社会的伟大战略目标,才能更好地体现党为人民服务的根本宗旨。

Following laws is the inner requirement of scientific outlook on development and the essence of Marxism.Not only can scientific development concept be traced to the same origin with Marxism Leninism,Mao Zedong thought,Deng Xiaoping theory and ＂Three Representatives＂,but also following laws is in line with emancipating the mind,seeking truth from the fact and keeping pace with the times,which are the preconditions and foundations,while following laws is the basic purpose to the three aspects mentioned above.Only by following laws of the development of nature,society,human beings and ruling laws to accomplish scientific outlook on development and the great strategic goal for well-being society construction.
