摘要
对2#1080m3高炉出铁场除尘器存在的问题进行了系统分析，提出了改进措施，利用高炉大修机会，对出铁场除尘管网进行了系统优化改造，降低了系统阻力和漏风率，除尘效果得到明显改善。
Systematic analysis on the existing problems for dust collector in the casting house of 2# 1 080 m3 blast furnace was carried out, and the improvement measures were proposed, the systematic op- timizing reformation for the dedusting pipe network was performed during the overhaul of blast furnace, thus the system resistance and the air leakage rate were decreased, and the dedusting effect was obviously improved.
