摘要
核心区训练传入我国并指导竞技训练多年,丰富了体能训练体系,促进运动员体能素质整合,但不少关键性的问题仍未明晰,影响了理论研究的深入和训练的实效性。理清核心力量和核心稳定性的关系;归纳国内外学者对核心区训练价值的不同认识;论述核心区训练的消极价值:影响训练负荷强度选择;降低运动功率输出;扰乱神经肌肉功能适应;忽视运动训练系统特异性。主要观点认为:核心区训练主要属于基础体能范畴,这区别于高强度的专项训练;竞技运动项目对训练界面和器材造成的不稳定性具有选择性;自由重量实现在稳定平面的非稳定性刺激,能更好的满足专项需求。
Core training had been introduced into China and directed to coaching for several years, which enriched the system of strength and conditioning training, and boost integration of different element of strength and conditioning, but some important problems about it are still unclear, which affect theoretical research and validity of sports training. This essay analyzed the relationship between core training and core strength training; compare the understanding of it from foreign scholars with domestic scholars; conclude the passive effort: affect choices of intensity of training; decrease the output of power; disturb the neuromuscular adaptation; neglect the system of sports training environment; decrease the speed of training movement. And main conclusions indicate that the core training primarily is belong to basic strength and conditioning training. Different sports have special need for unstable environment which sports environment and sports equipment provided; free weight training is an effective choice for functional training, which can bridge the gap between functional training and general strength and condition training.
