冷鲜肉是拥有诸多优点的新型肉类产品。与热鲜肉相比,冷鲜肉的安全性更好,营养价值更高,口感风味好,便于包装,外观精美,品种繁多,便于消费者选购。冷鲜肉在我国的推广还面临许多问题和困难,但是相应的对策和措施也在不断被提出。虽然现在的市场份额还很小,而且在推广上还存在一些问题和困难,但是随着肉类行业的改革以及各方面的积极推动,冷鲜肉必将拥有更好的发展前景。
Chilled meat is a new kind of meat product with many advantages. Chilled meat is safer, with higher nutritive value, better flavor and taste, beautiful shape and wide variety, easy for packing and shopping. Although the market share is small now and there are some problems and difficulties in the pro- motion, but there will be a better development for chilled meat in the near future.
