成都铁路局危险货物运输安全专项整治的思考

Thoughts on Special Management of Dangerous Goods Transport Safety by Chengdu Railway Administration

成都铁路局从加强对危险货物罐车的管理,完善危险货物运输安全监控系统的建设和运用管理,加强对危险货物运输包装的整治,加大危险货物查堵力度,加强危险货物技术培训,深化危险货物技术保障体系建设,加强危险货物办理条件审查,完善危险货物运输事故应急救援体系,深化易燃货物的整治工作9个方面对危险货物运输安全进行专项整治,针对存在的问题提出深化整治工作的具体措施。

Chengdu Railway Administration carried special management of dangerous goods transport safetyfrom 9 aspects,which include strengthening tank cars management for dangerous goods,improving monitoringsystem establishment and use management of dangerous goods transportation,strengthening package renova-tion for the transportation,increasing check degree of dangerous goods,strengthening technical training of dan-gerous goods,deepening the establishment of technical guarantee system for dangerous goods,strengtheningthe condition checkup of dangerous goods transaction,improving the emergency rescue system of dangerousgoods transport accident and deepening management works of flammable goods.This paper also puts forwardconcrete measures of deepening management works aiming to existing problems.
