制备条件对催化剂MoP/HZSM-5临氢芳构化性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以催化裂化馏分油(50~100℃)为原料,在实验室小型固定床反应装置上考察了制备条件对临氢芳构化催化剂MoP/HZSM-5降烯烃性能的影响。结果表明,采用共浸渍法,优选还原氢气流速为120 mL/min,升温速率小于5℃/min,还原终温为650℃,还原压力为1.0 MPa时,催化剂MoP/HZSM-5具有较高的活性和稳定性,所得液相产物收率为61.04%,其中烯烃质量分数为7.420%,芳烃质量分数为65.430%。 The effect of preparation condition of catalyst MoP/HZSM -5 on its ability of decreasing olefin was investigated in a bench - scale fixed bed reactor with catalytic cracking fraction (50 - 100℃ ) as feedstock. The results showed that the catalyst MoP/HZSM -5 which was prepared by coimpregnation had higher activity and stability under the optimum reduction condition of flow rate of H2120 mL/min,heating rate less than 5 ℃/min, pressure 1.0 MPa, final temperature 650 ℃. With the catalyst, the yield of liquid product could reach 61.04% and the mass fraction of olefins and aromatics 7. 420% and 65. 430% respectively.
