论企业动态能力对顾客资产价值提升策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过对文献的梳理和研究发现,顾客资产与企业的绩效有着千丝万缕的联系。静态的组织能力已经不能保证企业可以获得持续较高的顾客资产,因此必须开发动态能力,才能应对超竞争环境下顾客资产的价值提升。文章总结出动态能力的三个维度,对于提升顾客资产驱动因素的价值有促进作用,对企业的发展有重要的现实意义。
