管理者认知与企业战略升级 被引量:1

摘要 从战略管理过程的角度,企业战略升级是一种高层管理者决策与实施的公司战略变革。文章基于管理者认知范式,探讨了管理者认知与组织能力对企业战略升级所产生的交互作用。通过建立一个关于"管理者认知与企业战略升级"的理论模型,文章指出,管理者认知至少通过两个途径影响着企业战略升级。首先,管理者认知通过组织层面的动态能力,重塑企业资源基础来促进公司战略升级。其次,管理者认知在企业资源基础与企业战略升级之间起调节作用,即管理者认知缓解了组织代工能力对战略升级的负面效应,扩大了组织创新能力对战略升级的正面效应。
