大学新生退学原因及对策分析——以石家庄职业技术学院为例

The drop-out of the freshmen of colleges——A case study of Shijiazhuang Vocational Technical Institute

在对石家庄职业技术学院新生退学情况进行调查的基础上,分析了大学生短期内退学的原因,并提出相应的对策:帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观;加强学校学风建设;关注学生心理健康;加强对贫困生的重视程度;与学生家长配合共同进行教育;做好学生退学前后的工作。

An investigation is done over the drop-out of freshmen in Shijiazhuang Vocational and Tech- nology Institute,and countermeasures are suggested. The college is entitled to proper values ,academic atmosphere, caring for the mental health of the students.
