机车整体车轮踏面剥离原因分析与研究 被引量:13

摘要 车轮踏面剥离是一个比较复杂的失效种类,导致其剥离的因素很多。通过对SS3B、DF8B型机车在不同运营条件下的车轮剥离现象进行调查与分析,发现机车在运用中轨道状况的差异、气候环境的不同对车轮踏面剥离的发生有较大的影响,制动是导致机车整体车轮产生踏面剥离的根本原因,用沙的不规范加剧了车轮踏面剥离的发生,针对以上原因提出了解决措施及建议。 Tread peeling on wheel is a kind of very complicated failure, and lots of causes can lead to it. Based on investigation and anal- ysis of tread peeling on the wheel of SS3B and DF8B locomotives under different operation conditions , it is found that the difference of track and climate make big influence on the tread peeling. Brake is the main reason for tread peeling on locomotive solid wheel and the not standardized usage of sand makes it worse. Measures and proposals are put forward for the above reasons.
