某型活塞发动机气道稳流试验台测试与CFD仿真 被引量:3

摘要 针对某型发动机进气道性能进行试验和仿真,采用改进后的稳流试验台对气道进行测试。利用Ricardo评价方法进行气道评价,测定气道的流量系数、滚流比、涡流比、斜轴涡流等参数,同时采用CFD仿真的方法对气道性能进行研究,采用AVL评价方法得出关于气道的部分性能参数,以便于气道仿真和气道优化改进。结果表明:稳流试验台是可靠的评价气道性能的方法,而CFD仿真可以为气道改进提供新的思路与方法。 This paper is mainly on the steady flow test and the simulation of an engine intake port tes- ting by using the improved steady flow test equipment and the CFD simulation software. And we measure the flow coefficient, tumble ratio, swirl ratio, inclined swirl and other parameters with Ricar- do evaluation method, while using the AVL evaluation method to evaluate the results of the CFD simu- lation in order to improve the intake port. Results show that the method of the steady flow test is a re- liable way to evaluate the performance of the intake port, and the CFD simulations can provide new ways and improved methods.
