南宁供电局通信网管平台一体化整合实践

Integration Practice of Communication Network Management Platform in Nanning Power Supply Bureau

针对南宁供电局通信综合网络管理(简称网管)监视系统在整合中出现的NEC网管告警现象,应用交叉分层法、调查表等方法和手段进行分析、判断,确认NEC网管无法接入综合网管监视系统的主要原因,是由于各网管间没有进行相应的网络隔离以及综合监视系统直接从NEC网管服务器调用ivqln程序进行告警采集所至。采用改接系统间的连线方式,重新分配不同网段的IP地址并做好隔离,同时采用socket接口的方式来获取NEC网管的告警信息等方法进行处理,最终消除了NEC网管的告警现象,取得系统整合的成功,满足了南宁供电局要求各类通信网管系统要统一整合在综合网管监视系统这一平台的要求。

In order to solve the warning problem of NEC network management system during the integration process of communication network management systems in Nanning power supply bureau,analysis and judgment methods such as hierarchical method and questionnaire method are used alternately. Reasons are founded which are that networks of management systems are not separated and ivqln program at the server of NEC system are directly called by the integrated monitoring system. The warning problem is solved by networks reconnection, IP address redistribution, networks separation and warning information acquisition of NEC system by socket interface access. The integration practice is successful when the problem was solved and satisfies the requirement of Nanning power supply bureau, which is that all communication network management systems must be integrated into the platform of integrated network management and monitor system.
