摘要
企业转型必然带来管理模式的变革。特别是在当前管理模式还存在着与企业转型不相适应的情况下。设计院还面临着诸多问题需要解决:管理的广度和深度有待于进一步加深,流程的规范化程度需要进一步加强,现有绩效模式无法最大化项目资源配置等。这就要求设计院不断加强和完善当前的管理模式,创新绩效管理模式,形成面向流程、面向市场、面向业主的项目工作习惯,并逐步提高协同工作的能力。
Enterprise type changed must bring the changing of management mode.Especially is under the condition of management mode don't adapt enterprise type changed.Institute is faced with a good many problem need to be solved extent and deepness of management await for more deepen,standardization degree of flow await for more strengthen.Performance mode in existence can't achieve most project resource collocating,it will be required to enhance and consummate current management mode,innovate in performance management mode,engender in project work habit facing flow,market and owner improve cooperation work ability.
