新时期高校校园流言的预防与控制

On Prevention and Control of College Rumors in the New Historical Period

中国正处于高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育发展的阶段,高校的人事管理、分配制度、招生就业、人才培养等方面都处于一种急剧变革的时代,师生的心理期望和不安交织,校园矛盾在某些阶段还比较严峻,这给校园流言提供了滋生的土壤和传播的可能。校园流言混淆视听,动摇高校改革的信心,削弱校方的行政权威,降低高校内部的凝聚力。本文在深入研究高校校园流言的特征和探析其产生的原因的基础上,提出了建立预防和控制校园流园的长效机制。

China is in higher education from elite education to mass development stage, and the university＇s personnel management, distribution system, enrollment and employment, personnel training, etc. are in anera of rapid change, teachers and students of the psychological expectations and anxiety intertwined, conflicts in some phase of the campus are fairly severe, which gives the campus provides abreedingground forrumors and spreadpossible. Campus rumors toconfuse, undermine the confidence of university reform, undermine the authority of the school＇s administration to reduce the cohesionwithin the university. This paper in-depth studys the characteristicsof campus rumors and analysis its causes, based on theproposed establishment ofprevention and control.
