On Team Development of Counselors in Private Colleges——From the Perspective of Counselors Oriented as Mentors

角色定位准确是高校辅导员做好工作的前提和基础,当前由于种种原因,导致民办高校辅导员角色定位有较大的偏差。培育人生导师式辅导员是民办高校辅导员队伍建设的重要任务,而加大学校对辅导员队伍建设的支持力度,把好准入关,加强培训,成立辅导员工作中心,科学考核是民办高校培育人生导师式辅导员队伍的有效路径。

The precondition and foundation to be a qualified counselor is appropriate role orientation; how- ever, there is much divergence in role orientation of counselors in private colleges resulted from various reasons. Therefore, the key task is to train counselors as mentors of students in team development at private colleges, and the effective measures are to increase support dynamics, to control entrance admission, to strengthen training, to set up counselors＇ center and to conduct scientific appraisal on counselors.
