摘要 概述了植物细胞壁果胶质、半纤维素多聚糖的类型及它们的功能性(营养)作用,重点介绍了谷物和大豆籽粒多聚糖。具有生物活性的植物多聚糖制备,对国内功能性膳食纤维研究有参考意义。 The classification and nutritional roles of plant cell-wall polysaccharides were reviewed in this paper.In addi- tion, the functional wall polysaccharides in cereal grain and soybean were especially introduced.
