人细小病毒B19感染与不良妊娠相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨人细小病毒B19(HPV B19)感染与不良妊娠的关系。方法收集2 256例孕妇和90例正常妊娠孕妇的血清,采用ELISA法检测HPV B19IgM,分析妊娠孕妇血清中HPV B19感染情况,比较HPV B19感染率在不良妊娠和正常妊娠孕妇中的差异。结果 2 256例孕产妇HPV B19IgM阳性者32例,阳性率为1.42%;其中不良妊娠46例,不良妊娠46例中5例(10.87%)为HPV B19阳性,90例对照组孕妇血清中1例(1.11%)为HPV B19阳性,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不良妊娠孕妇HPV B19感染率显著高于正常孕妇,HPV B19感染可能导致不良妊娠的发生。
