Overseas Chinese Town （ OCT ） Happy Harbor is centered on marine culture and eco-conservation. It is a creative commercial project that brings people a healthy urban seafront life. Happy Harbor and its well-planned sustainable surrounding areas will re-establish the eco-system of the built coastal areas. The design of Happy Coast strikes a balance between the enviromnent and people＇s life it offers a livable eco-environment for the coastal city.
