女性膀胱癌的临床病理特征分析

目的探讨女性膀胱癌的临床病理特点。方法回顾分析2000年7月~2011年8月163例女性初发膀胱尿路上皮癌患者的临床病理资料,根据发病年龄分为〈40岁,40~59岁,60~79岁,≥80岁4组,分别对各组的临床分期、病理分级、治疗方式等方面进行统计学分析。结果各年龄段的膀胱癌的病理分期构成比差异无统计学意义（P=0.07）。各年龄段高级别尿路上皮癌构成比分别为9.1%、17.9%、37.9%、61.1%,各年龄段的膀胱尿路上皮癌的病理分级构成比差异有统计学意义（P=0.002）。各年龄段的膀胱尿路上皮癌手术方式构成比差异无统计学意义（P=0.5）。结论膀胱癌主要发生在围绝经期的女性,女性膀胱癌不同的年龄人群具有不同的临床病理特征,这些特征对治疗方案和疾病预后均有指导意义。

Objective To determine the clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer in the female. Methods From Jul 2000 to Aug 2011, the clinical data of 163 female patients with bladder cancer was retrospectively reviewed. According to their age, the patients were classified into four groups： 〈40 years group,40-59 years group,60-79 years group,≥ 80 years group.The four groups were evaluated for clinical stages, pathological grades and treatment. Results There was no statistically difference in the stage among the four groups （P=0.07）.The percentage of high pathologic grades in the four groups were：9.1%, 17.9% ,37.9% ,61.1% ,respectively, there was statistically significant difference among the four groups （P=O.OO2）.There was no statistically difference in the treatment among the four groups （P=0.5）. Conclusion Bladder cancer mainly occurs in the premenopausal women. Different age groups have different clinicopathological characteristics. These features have instructively suggestion on the treatment and prognosis.
