摘要 肠缺血再灌注损伤是在临床失血性休克液体复苏、腹部和胸部血管手术、小肠移植、使用体外循环的外科手术情况中最常发生的病理、生理过程,它具有高发病率和死亡率的特点。肠缺血再灌注损伤引起肠道屏障功能丧失,使细菌移位入循环系统,
