切向径向混合励磁同步发电机齿谐波抑制技术

摘要 切向径向混合励磁同步发电机是一种新型混合励磁电机,但由于它内部既有永磁体又有励磁绕组,气隙磁场分布非正弦,且因齿槽的存在,致使气隙磁场更加畸变,致使输出电压谐波含量较大。文章重点讨论了定子斜槽削弱输出电压谐波的方法,并建立多截面2D等效模型,利用有限元仿真软件对该方法进行了仿真试验,证明该方法可以将电机输出电压谐波畸变率降低到5%以内。 The synchronous generator with the tan gential/radial hybrid excitation was a new type of hybrid excitation electric machine. Because of its construction that there were both permanent magnets and electromagnetic excited windings internally, the distribution of the airgap of the magnetic field became distorted. Furthermore, because of the slot effect, the distortions became more serious to produce more harmonic content in the output voltage. The method to reduce the harmonic content by means of skewed slot was discussed. A model with multisection 2D equiva lent was established which was simulated and tested by the finite simulation software. The simulated result showed that the ratio of harmonic distortion in the output voltage would be decreased within less than 5%.
